YTM, YHP, YMPS series three-phase asynchronous motor for coal-grinder brief introduction (6KV)

1．General
YTM, YHP, YMPS series three-phase asynchronous motors (Frame sizes 400-630), are our new generation products designed and manufactured by our company which are according to the machine ministry industry standard JB/T7128-93 and absorbed the advanced technique abroad. The mounting dimensions, power grades, electrical performance of these motors all comply with the national standard GB/T755-2000 Rotating electrical machines--Rating and performance and relevant IEC international standard. These motors adopted advanced technical result of the motor industry in recent years more, therefore the configuration is more reasonable, and the craft is more advanced, the motors are with features of high efficiency and power factor, low noise and vibration, reliable performance and convenience for mounting and maintaining. These motors have the following characteristics: large stopping torque, high thermo capacity, etc. The protection class of the out case is IP54, the rated voltage is 6KV, and we can also make 3KV. These motors work in order, safe and stable that has been certified by lots of customers all over the country after supporting used in recent years.
2．Configuration brief introduction
The YTM, YHP, YMPS series motors has a box structure and the base is welded by steel plate. Its weight is light, the rigidity is good; There is a closed air-air cooler on the top of the motor, it is convenient for disassembling and mounting, in favor of the maintenance and repairing of the motor.
The windings of the stator are class F insulation, and there are reliable fastness and colligation at each end of the windings. The stator windings are treated with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology. Therefore the motor has excellent insulation, strong mechanical and fine moisture protection.
The advanced reliable case aluminum rotor configuration is adopted by the YTM series motors, which ensured the operation reliability of the motor. The copper bar rotor configuration is adopted by the YMPS series motors, which ensured the request of the high starting torque of the motor.

3. Application
YTN, YHP, YMPS series three-phases asynchronous motors are special supported the coal-grinder in the power station, mine, metallurgy industry, they can also used to drive other machine facilities with the similar characters.
