YL（IP23） series large-scale vertical type three-phase asynchronous motor brief introduction.(6KV)

1．General
YL (IP23) series large-scale vertical type three-phase asynchronous motors are our new generation products designed and manufactured by our company and absorbed the advanced technique abroad. The mounting dimensions, power grades, electrical performance of these motors all comply with the national standard GB/T755-2000 Rotating electrical machines--Rating and performance and relevant IEC international standard. These motors adopted advanced technical result of the motor industry in recent years more, therefore the configuration is more reasonable, and the craft is more advanced, the motors are with features of high efficiency and power factor, low noise and vibration, reliable performance and convenience for mounting and maintaining. These motors have the following characteristics: large stopping torque, high thermo capacity, etc. The protection class of the out case is IP23, the poles nos. are 10 poles, 12 poles, 14 poles and 16 poles. We can also make motors with other poles, voltage, frequency, and protection class. These motors work in order, safe and stable that has been certified by lots of customers all over the country after supporting used in recent years.

2．Configuration brief introduction
The base of YL (IP23) series large-scale vertical type three-phase asynchronous motors is a square shape, which is welded by steel plate, the weight is light, the rigidity is good.
The windings of the stator are class F insulation, and there are reliable fastness and colligation at each end of the windings. The stator windings are treated with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology. Therefore the motor has excellent insulation, strong mechanical and fine moisture protection. The rotor adopts single or double squirrel cage copper bar rotor configuration.       Whatever configuration rotor you adopted, the configuration and manufacture craft of the rotor can ensure the reliable operation of the motor. The thrust bearing is located on the top of the motor, according to the value of the withstanding axial load, the bearing structure is designed to spherical thrust roller bearing or plan thrust bearing. The bottom bearing is radial ball bearing or cylindrical roller bearing. The cooling method is natural ventilation cooling or water-air cooling.

YL (IP23) series large-scale vertical type three-phase asynchronous motor are used to drive varies types of water pump equipments.
